   On SEPTA, it is $2.50 on the subway from City Hall to Fern   
   Rock.  On Regional Rail $4.25 offpeak $5.25 peak.   
      
   On Regional Rail you almost always get a seat, not always   
   on the subway, and the seat is more comfortable.  Regional Rail   
   is usually faster with fewer stops.   
      
   Unfortunately, SEPTA now has a $1 transfer charge on transit   
   which is ridiculous.
