   NYC subway is regular fare (usually Metrocard).  People   
   are mandated to wear face masks and there's 90 pct or   
   so compliance.   
      
   They've cancelled all service and shut the system down   
   from 1 am until 5 am, which in reality means it's   
   toast from about 11 pm.   
      
   (It previously was 24 hours).   
      
   Also, lots of train cancellations due to crew shortages
