   Yesterday afternoon a NJTransit #123, a brand-new articulated   
   bus (which stops in front of my house) on its way into the city,   
   drove past.   
      
   I thought one big reason for replacing the Port Authority Bus   
   Terminal is that it can't handle vehicles as big as articulated   
   buses?
