   For some reason the only place in DC you can get a senior SmarTrip   
   card is the window at the Metro Center station. I got one there a few   
   years ago. They're also available at Commuter Stores in the suburbs.   
   The closest to DC are near the Ballston, Rossyln, and Crystal City   
   stations.
