   The MTA is demanding to close all the loopholes that allows someone to   
   move in NYC without the MTA first getting paid.   
      
   First, in response to the $2.75 cents everyone must pay if they use a   
   cab instead of one of the MTAs siffy trains, they are responding to the   
   congression pricing tax hike and MTA ripoff by telling Cab drivers that   
   they will give them excellerated positions as Bus Drivers.   
      
   You can't make this shit up and it would be funny if it wasn't real.   
      
   The only people not paying the MTA to move in NYC now are the fare   
   beaters which might well be now most of the Subway ridership.
