   I live in Brooklyn with my spouse and children in a neighborhood   
   where we can walk, ride buses, and take the subway. We rent cars   
   for trips that aren't reasonably made by transit.   
      
   You are right that there are not enough neighborhoods where   
   people can live like this at a reasonable cost. This is why   
   using the congestion pricing money to improve transit makes   
   sense.   
      
   Also, I'm not gratuitously insulting to you, and I'd appreciate   
   the same if you'd like to continue the conversation.
