   No - it makes only sense to END the MTA and let people use their cars as   
   they need to without the extra taxes.   
      
   There is NO improvement that you can make that will allow me to   
   transport my fishing gear from my house to the Docks at Sheepshead Bay   
   6:00AM...as one example.. or to make that same trip from Belmar NJ.
