   You never heard of 1 and 9?  And you do't need the cross bronx.  Only n   
   idiot form NJ or a truck drives over canals Street in daylight hours   
      
      
   Everyone else would go around the Battery.   
      
   I personally avoid the Cross Bronx because it is unplesant.
