   WNYC doesn't do traffic reports, but each morning they name lines   
   that have delays (but not where or which direction). This morning,   
   for the first time ever, barring emergencies like Sandy, they mentioned   
   the "Staten Island Railway." (Is it not SIRT any more? Not Rapid, maybe?)
