   Nothing in that story about how they think they're going to pay for it.   
      
   If we ever get Congestion Pricing, will the fares go away?   
   I think not.   
      
   I don't know how NJT paid for the free rides we got for many   
   months in 2020. Service wasn't reduced, at least in the metro   
   area.
