   Sure.  The dome is still there, now turned into a science museum,   
   but I think the 37 meter escalator is gone.

   Currently it's 2tph in each direction, but I gather the plan is   
   to reroute a fair number of trains from Penn to GCT.  Why would   
   the retailers be any worse off than the ones in the Penn LIRR   
   concourse now?
