   I don't know how Penn is configured now, but the passengers   
   from all the services were commingled the last time I was   
   there. I then learned that there's no difference in trains or fare   
   for boarding at Newark Penn, whether going to DC or Boston,   
   and the PATH ride is equally unpleasant either way.
