   It can't be as bad as Calatrava's effing "Oculus" (which   
   it isn't), where the escalators serve only part of the huge   
   climb to the street, and the elevators are tiny and hidden,   
   and the block-wide stairs from the top of the PATH escalators   
   to the shopping center have almost no handrails.   
      
   Is the Port Authority not subject to the ADA?
