   You're really lousy at snipping. I already pointed out that profitable    
   or break-even passenger or commuter rail is unachievable, and you    
   have no answer.

   You also didn't say what you're going to do about education, or    
   safe food and drugs, and everything else done by the part of    
   government that doesn't provide defense or "law and order."
