   Fuck off asshole.  I know that when you feed an unsupervised agencies   
   millions of dollars that it will spend it and then even more no matter   
   what you do.  I also know the trains are virtually impossible to use now   
   because of the stink of the homeless on every car in the system, along   
   with the smell of Pot in every car and platform.
