   Thursday evening during the rush the entire Brighton Line was closed   
   because "power ws off" near Sheepshead Bay.  That pushed the Q and B   
   trains to the Sea Beach and West End lines.  At the same time the IRT   
   was down because of a fire at Boro Hall.   
      
   As ALL of central Brooklyn was out of service right through the evening   
   Rush until deep into the night and NO NEWS report... and still no   
   explaination from the MTA.   
      
      
   Meanwhile, your congrestion pricing is at work as the Bright Line is   
   clossed all weekend and most nights,
