   I saw on Energy Pathway's website, http://www.epi.ca/, a message that they   
   are winding down operations and are not accepting any more applications   
   (clients and candidates).   
      
   Has anyone been involved with this recruiting agency?  If so, was it a good   
   or bad experience?  And does anyone know when and why their funding was cut?   
   (It was a program funded by the federal government).
