   eh, likely is,  I know someone in WEindsor, south of Detroit, from   
   my home newsgroup, who was able to use the Traveler application   
   and a sysop of a Traveler server lives in northwest Ontario.  last   
   time I talked to her in Traveler (yes, its "in" because it's a 3D   
   space) she was talking about the heavy rain they were getting from   
   the remnants of a hurricaine that had run the length of Florida...
