|    Stale and unpalatable and sub-standard p    |

XPost: can.general, ott.general       From: devnul@spamcop.net              Dear Sir/Madam,               I am writing this letter to your office to point out service of a stale bun       that was served at Billings Bridge Plaza. First I must describe in detail       the state of this sandwich. When I started to unwrapped this sandwich the       bread was so stale the end two inches turned to dust right before my eyes.       After witnessing this I placed it aside on the tray and returned it to the       food court kiosk and stated. "This bread is a week old and instructed them       to discard it." This item was the Thursday special and had the total       register cost of $3.14. This amount I have now written off, because of this       unpalatable serving of bread that may be up to seven days old. I will note       the date was September 07, 2006 at 17:00 hours.               I would like to point out I have a medical condition that if I consumed       this bread in that state I will get very sick. I know this bread was may       have been up to seven days old is because I have several years experience in       the 'convenience food' industry. When I was employed at Burger King I have       received numerous awards for refusing to serve sub-standard product that was       served on the date above. If I was employed by this franchiser and I was       told to serve the described product above. I would be currently and more       than likely seeking employment because I would profusely refuse to serve the       sub standard product. After leaving Billings Bridge Plaza I contacted the       manager of this kiosk and described the state of the sub standard product.       The manager stated "That this bread was not from the day before and the       inspectors are very strict about this type of practice." I may have       witnessed this outlet placing black garbage bags on the bun warmer door at       closing it with the warmer filled from top to bottom at closing time. I will       this weekend strive to obtain photographs of this practice being conducted       for proof. This incident and one other I witnessed is now eroded my trust of       the Subway brand to a point I have decided not patronize any of your store       fronts. This has stemmed back over a four year period that started with the       St Laurent Center kiosk passing a counterfeit ten dollar note. The manager       argued with me and stated the note was genuine to a point I had to contact       mall security and the police to get the note exchanged.              All I wanted was snack and instead I was served this stale and sub-standard       product. The loss of the $3.14 will be to my person a stern reminder not to       patronize any of your Subway branded store fronts. I will after sending this       lengthy letter to your office. I will print this letter in e-mail format and       present to the above kiosk. I would like to speak to an individual in charge       of inspecting your branded kiosks and store fronts. I will ask the following       stated questions.              Why are you allowing of recycling bread to a point it turns to dust?       Why are you allowing these individuals to possibly slander your brand to a       point that you can no longer be trusted with quality and integrity?       What can you do with the described kiosk to regain my trust in your brand       again?                     Yours Truly              Scott Wiper       Thursday, September 07, 2006              Please forward this number to the local inspector I would like to speak to       him directly.              1-613-612-2466.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
