   hay alpaca cuntingham... thanx for yet another reminder that we're done... i   
   certainly do hope this exercise is helping to restore some of that lost   
   confidence... if you feel up to it, you might wish to up the stakes in your   
   daily mental challenge and work your way up to... say... a college student   
   living in the garage... i'd hoped you'd be ready for this by now... but,   
   please do let me know if that's too difficult a concept for you to handle   
   just yet... i have faith in you though... and i'm sure you'll eventually be
