   Interesting comments.   
   Here's is how I see it.   
      
   The worst thing of Canada:   
      
   1/10 the population of the USA.  Every mile of highway, every mile of   
   power line, every mile of sewer line cost 10X per capita.  Plus it costs   
   more to build stuff here because of the frost, and the short   
   construction season.   
      
      
   The best thing of Canada:   
      
   1/10 the population of the USA.  Less crowded, less noisy, less   
   pollution, less everything.
