   Fred, have you lived abroad?  Oh, I mean lived, 2-3 years or more?  US   
   perhaps?   
      
   My experience comes fro 9 year is the US and 2 in Scotland. Can't speak for   
   Ceri...  Could be Ceri is living in the US right now.
