   And no, you do not use a US insurer for primary health coverage in   
   Canada. It's against Canadian law. And no, Canadian health care   
   providers do not accept payment from any but the single payer, the   
   Canadian government. It's against Canadian law.   
      
   Don't give me a load of crap. I know how it works, probably *much*   
   better than do you when it comes to being a Canadian resident who   
   happens to also have US health insurance, and at this point, I think   
   you're lying about something, either where you live or what insurance   
   you have, or maybe both. So it's time for a nice, simple, *honest* answer:
