I know how it works, probably *much*       better than do you when it comes to being a Canadian resident who       happens to also have US health insurance, and at this point, I think       you're lying about something, either where you live or what insurance       you have, or maybe both. So it's time for a nice, simple, *honest* answer:              In what country do you live?
