   Actually, they could not afford to put me in jail for tax issues, they would   
   lose too much money.   
      
   I would try, but I am deducted at source. So, until flakes like Eldon can   
   harp a better tune, they are well - dodos.   
      
   But worse yet, for the uneducated deducted at source, you should almost   
   ALWAYS file taxes. Simply put, it is almost assured you get a refund at the   
   end of the year when deducted at source. The greedy Ottawa government makes   
   it this way for three reasons.   
      
   1) It guarantees the government gets most if not all of it's money.   
   2) Excess collected taxes during the year mean they don't have to borrow as   
   much at your expense.   
   3) You thing the government is great because they gave your money back to   
   you. Which is really why you overpaid in the first place.   
      
   Everyone deducted at source has nothing to lose by filing in the long term,   
   Ottawa makes real sure they have their (excessive) take to spend on stupid   
   programs that almost always fail miserably.   
      
   Eldon is a farce.
