   certain hardships will decrease... but other hardships can increase.   
   For example the farming in the southern most part of Alberta could   
   lose 10% annual moisture. We've just come off a several years of   
   drought. are we ready for even hotter dryland farning conditions.   
      
   BTW southern Manitobia could get 10% more moisture in the same prediction
