   These crooks sent me a phoney bill for $2,303.13. It is a typical scam. Send   
   a bill to someone that their HA idiot buddies (the Michael Yardley IQs) told   
   them was mentally ill and hope that the unfortunate pays. I did a quick   
   Google check on them and it seems they are getting considerable bad   
   publicity for their illegal activities and rightly so. They seem to have   
   some connection with NCO Collection Services another HA outfit. There are   
   laws against this activity and hopefully they will be fined, imprisoned and   
   put out of service sooner rather than later.   
      
   They have been looking for employees so I guess the ethical bill collectors   
   are quitting before charges are laid.
