   Actually less risky in the US. For a nominal fee ANYONE with the VIN can   
   check the ownship history including insurance writeoffs, leins and the like   
   BEFORE you put your money down.   
      
   Either side, you do an inspection. Same here.   
      
   Canada has no such system and almost impossible to find out unless your deap   
   in on the inside working for an insider. That is, we don't have it because   
   our consumer laws are weak.

   Canadian dollar always follows. Government likes to take our wealth.   
   Believe it or not, government profits by dropping the dollar. But you and I
