Don't give up on voting, this is just what they want. They want the
frustraighted voter to say oh the Lib, Con or NDP will win, so why bother?

The sad fact is they win because too many disgruntled voters do not go
anyway and vote independent, libertarian, green or whatever.

Think, if a riding has a 50% turnout for Lib/Con/NDP, and the other 50% that
are pissed off turn up and vote contrarian -- now you have a race and
   balance of power.

For example, I know Harper has a good probability of winning in my riding.
I am going to vote against him for these reasons:
     - he will not be so cocky if he wins by a smaller margin
     - shows others running support, maybe they will try again
     - if he looses, it is a vote I didn't give him
     - I don't give him the "absentee" vote
