   LOL.  He like others like to blame NAFTA for everything.  They fail to   
   realize or acknowledge NAFTA is why Dell and Walmart are here providing   
   jobs.  Be they low end jobs, better than none at all.   
      
   My guess is Dell left as some idiots were going to "unionize".  If I was a   
   Canadian owner of Dell, I too would shut down a whole facility if it was   
   going to unionize.
