   If it is so true, it would bankrupt a country to subsidize the prices like   
   that.  You can buy a new car for $2500 in India.  GM can't make them for   
   that.  Bet they could ship it to Canada cheaper than the unionized auto   
   carriers can move them down the street.   
      
   Now so what if the Indian car only lasts 5 years.  Buy a new one.  10 year   
   cost of auto then becomes $5000.... Did you know a GM car is cheaper in San   
   Diego than it is in Oshawa where it was built?   
      
   Sorry, GM only knows how to make expensive over priced cars.  Like TVs,   
   fridges, microwaves, etc. let it go overseas.  And now bankrupt.
