   Natural gas is pretty cheap currently on commodities markets.   
      
   Will that translate into low (or lower) heating bills in Ontario this   
   winter?   
      
   Will Union Gas pass on the savings?  Have they negotiated a killer price   
   from their suppliers this season?   
      
   Anyone care to guess?
