   In Alberta we are too poor to afford two plates...we need our money to   
   pay ex-health board employees their obscene severance pay and accrued   
   pension benefits.

   You should see the size of the regional health care offices in Calgary, 100%   
   dedicated to not giving us services by rationing.  They should replace that   
   space with working doctors.   
      
   I hear they want to replace our plates.  26^3*1000 are the (17,576,000)   
   possibilities.  With just over 3.5 million people or so, makes me wonder   
   which relative needs the fat contract to make new ones.
