Someone had to lie to a judge to get the search warrant in the first
   place.

If the Judge was told that the documents being sought were already in
the possession of the CRA, then the judge wouldn't have signed the
   search warrant.

A criminal charge should be layed against the CRA agents or police
officer who fabricated the supporting information for the search
   warrant.

If that was done, then that would set a precedent for personal
responsibility and culpability that would prevent people from sticking
their necks out like this in the future.
