From: Some@Guy.com              Does anyone know how Union Gas prices are set, and how (or if)       retro-active price adjustments are done?              With the price of natural gas this winter being some-what low, I'm       wondering if there will be a rebate at some point.              It's my understanding that practically anything Union Gas does is       heavily regulated, and that their prices are set well in advance to       anticipate future market gas prices. It's also my understanding that       they can't, by law, run a profit, and that any under-billing or       over-billing they do will ultimately have to be accounted for.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
