   No doubt he is guilty, and no doubt wrong.   
      
   But any Canadian that thinks the system exists for justice is sadly   
   mistaken.  The system exists to preserve government revenue.  Justice   
   implies some morality exists, but there is none.  If a worker is hurt on   
   the job, why did he have to do this?
