   Federal vote buying.  Think, many a east coasters were to list their   
   most predominant profession honestly, it would be EI Recipient.   
      
   EI is nothing more than an employment tax.  For decades skimed by the   
   governemnt and now they are raising it's rates.  People should be   
   allowed to opt out of this tax grab.  Allow me to put it into a   
   LIRA/RRSP and be ineligible for EI there after.   
      
   We agree, it is employment surtax, not insurance.
