   If someone has been renting an apartment in Ontario and is well past   
   their initial 12-month rental agreement and is currently renting on   
   month-to-month basis, are they entitled to move from a 2 bedroom unit to   
   a 1 bedroom unit in the same building and maintain their month-to-month   
   status, or does the move constitute enough of a change that the landlord   
   can legally require the renter to sign a new 12-month rental agreement?   
      
   Or does this vary by city?
