|    Question about apartment rentals in Onta    |

XPost: can.internet.highspeed       From: Some@Guy.com              If someone has been renting an apartment in Ontario and is well past       their initial 12-month rental agreement and is currently renting on       month-to-month basis, are they entitled to move from a 2 bedroom unit to       a 1 bedroom unit in the same building and maintain their month-to-month       status, or does the move constitute enough of a change that the landlord       can legally require the renter to sign a new 12-month rental agreement?              Or does this vary by city?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
