   That is interesting. Have a receiver listening for the jamming signal.   
   When it hears it, wait x seconds and detonate the bomb.   
      
   Or build a transmitter of, say, 200 watts - not very big. If it is near   
   enough to the bomb, it should be able to punch through even a very strong   
   jamming signal.
