   Not just these days - but past days as well.  Many years.   
      
   Just where do they put residential meters in locations where they are   
   not easily readable by meter readers anyways?   
      
   Any demark point would have to be in plain sight, for several reasons I   
   can think of.  Like to make it harder to bypass or tamper with for one   
   thing.
