   Please indicate if you got this in the form of a cheque, or a line-item   
   credit on your Bell bill (and if so, was this your March bill, or a   
   previous month's bill).   
      
   And at least indicate which province you're in, if not more specifically   
   a region (West of Toronto, in the GTA, East of GTA, etc) if you don't   
   want to specify the actual city.
