   They sent out an offer I think it was in November or December.  It was   
   $100 coupon off Bell Mobility cellular phone service, but you still had   
   to sign up for a 3 year contract.  By accepting the coupon, you agree to   
   waive the $67 CRTC-ordered refund.  You had until some point in January   
   to redeem the coupon.

   I'm pretty sure I've read verbiage somewhere that it had to be in the   
   form of a cheque.   
      
   I did get my refund cheque this week.  Two, actually - one for each POTS   
   line I happen to have at the same residential address.  Two separate   
   envelopes.  One line has DSL, the other doesn't.
