   There is a neighborhood in our town that use to be all   
   white.   There are about 200 homes in that area.    Anyway,   
   about four years ago an average house there cost about   
   $150,000.    Four years ago,  some blacks moved in.    Then   
   more -- and more moved in !    So now -- if you want to live   
   in that area -- you can buy a nice house for about $60,000.   
      
   It's amazing the economic power a black person has.      One   
   family can cause $30 million in real estate (200 houses) to   
   drop to about $12 million.    That is clout !
