Yes folks, the NO is back! This time it is being personified by Thom Mulcair,   
   rather than Brian Mulroney, who used it to take control of the Progressive   
   Conservative Party and become the Prime Minister.   
      
   Claude Ryan was the leader of the NO. Tom Mulcair has stated in public many   
   times that Claude Ryan was his mentor, when he worked for the NO and that   
   today Claude Ryan is his role model. Tom used the NO to get elected in Quebec   
   provincial politics and    
   then he used the NO to become the Leader of the NDP.   
      
   Thomas Mulcair has just brought back the NO in the House of Commons. He is   
   saying NO to sexual harassment.  The Liberals have said YES to sexual   
   harassment.    
   Will the NO win again? Will Thomas use the NO to take control of Parliament   
   and become the Prime Minister?
