Recent announcements by Ontario's Premier Kathleen Wynne concerning the Prime   
   Minister and Government of Canada are reminiscent of the politics of former   
   Ontario Premier Bill Davis vis-à-vis Peter Elliot and his government.   
      
   At one point when the Prime Minister was out of the country on a Trade   
   Mission, Mr. Davis went to Ottawa and attempted to direct the Government of   
   Canada from the Visitor's Gallery in the House of Commons.   
      
   One wonders whether Ms. Wynne will resort to such a tactic.
