   No simpleton . . .  not asking too much.  If you got that far, why not use your   
   old PC to take a look at the cuts in transfer payments to Ontario by Harper's   
   Cons.   
   He's been looking to cripple ANY Liberal government in the country.  And   
   Ontario keeps cutting and surviving . . .  and may finally be free of him in   
   the next election.   
      
   It's not just 'incompetence' that can affect a province's economy.  It's also   
   who holds the transfer payment tax dollars in Ottawa - and who controls   
   import/export policies which affect jobs in manufacturing-based provinces.   
      
   That would be the puppeteer we know as Harper - and he is holding the strings   
   right now.  Canada - and especially Ontario - has got to become much smarter in   
   the next election.
