   For every head that rolls at CBC over Ghomeshi, the revelation becomes that CBC   
   did not do 'due diligence' in how it ran its human resources departments.   
   And that takes the spotlight off Ghomeshi and puts it onto CBC.  And   
   strengthens his case against them for improper dismissal.
