Right wing governments look after the interests of corporations - not
   average people. Full stop.

Now that the interests of the corporations can no longer be looked after
by usual methods - like keeping royalties low and having Harper provide
federal tax dollars as development subsidies - watch the rightwing
government turn its sights on taxing the average person to make up for
   the current revenue losses.

   Works every time.
