   Well then, how 'bout that Mike Harris government of Ontario? . . . .   
      
   Even with a strong economy the Ontario provincial debt increased by an   
   additional $20 Billion between 1995 and 1999[6] due to the lost revenue and   
   borrowing required to fund Harris' tax cuts.   
      
   He was forced to resign in 2002.   
      
   Later in 2002, Harris also joined the Fraser Institute, a right-of-centre   
   libertarian think tank, as a 'Senior Fellow'.
