   No amount of 'free money' (taxpayers of Canada) can make up for the stupid   
   policies of a Conservative government that chose to live off the proceeds of   
   oil extraction - instead of balancing their budgets with fairer tax rates and   
   fees for services - that the rest of Canada was paying.   
      
   Now that their 'golden egg' is cracked and leaking, they're having to adapt to   
   the ways of the rest of Canadians.   
   Not too hard to figure out.  For 'some', anyway.
