   How does the term "terrorist" belong here?   
      
   Did the person commiting the hoax identify himself as al-qaeda  or ISIS?   
      
   The word never belonged in this story.  But there it was.   
      
   Someone is working Canadians.  And I suspect that would be the police arm of   
   the Harper government.
